OK - If I read it right, Procurement should allow me to make a buy order at a station other than the one I am docked at. Level 1 should allow me to place at stations in the same system, Level 2, up to 5 jumps away etc. Now - I've worked out how ...

I can see both sides of the argument - on the one side, supply and demand is good, and people are only playing the market as they can with any other goods on sale, and on the other is what appears to be an unfair situation preventing some players ...
